The folks at NGEN sent this morning from RTZ Communications fix the mess/errors that ("our previous cabling company") made in hooking up our Fax/DSL line in under 45 minutes....But I hope from this experience NGEN will use RTZ frequently. They are definitely pros!

We are very please with the installation and the guys who did it on Monday, and I used to own a company similar to yours.
