Commercial Services
Copper Cable Plant Installations:
- For Voice and Data communications infrastructure we provide consultation, design and installation on all portions of your ITS. From the Main Point of Presence (MPOP) where your dial tone/broadband provider delivers your service we extend the services to your Main Cross Connect (MC) typically your LAN room or telephone closet.We install Category rated cabling (Category 3, 5,5e/E, and Category 6) to locations through out your facility.
- Building and campus backbone, from a single pair cross connect to high pair count cable for installations indoor, outdoor, in conduit or aerial.
Wireless Access Point Installation; both copper and fiber
Fiber Cable Plant Installations:
- To the desk top, building and campus backbone; to include Single Mode, Multimode both 62.5 and 50 micron, inside plant, outside plant and aerial.
Video Cable Plant Installations:
- For Bidirectional Video infrastructure, CATV, CCTV, Satellite and specialized video cabling products to include RG-6 (Series 6) RG-11 (Series 11) and Series 500; video over Category 5e and higher.
Moves, Adds, Changes (MAC'S) to exsisting ITS
Overhead Projectors Installations:
- Installation of projectors for ceiling and wall mount, mounting of screens and cabling the projector for multimedia input for conference rooms, meeting rooms, training rooms, labs, or podiums.
Paging Systems:
- We can provide turn key solutions for overhead paging from a single tenant space to a multi-building campus environment. Paging options for access through the phone system or stand alone microphones. Speaker options that range from desktop, to typical ceiling styles, to warehouse or manufacturing, to harsh environments. Systems that can be designed for everyday use such as notifying employees of a phone call or visitors to an emergency notification system.
Soundmasking:
- When privacy and confidentiality of sensitive conversations are a must in your work environment then sound masking is the solution. The basic interest is to protect against inadvertent and deliberate eavesdropping. Where the critical concern is to protect from deliberate interception of conversation by electronic devices. Solutions RTZ can offer are soundmasking devices for the treatment of windows, doors, walls, ceiling plenums, floors HVAC and utility penetrations.
Telephone System Installation and Maintenance:
- We provide installation, programming and training and maintenance services for small key and small PBX systems. We currently support AVAYA Partner ACS system and we are a TALKSWITCH reseller.
IT Support:
- While RTZ does not do IT support we are partnered with several exceptional IT support firms in the Washington DC metro area. If your IT needs have out grown your in-house staff or need help in getting that widget to work as advertised give us a call and we can refer you to one of these companies.
