Long time in planning (more than a year), several revisions (at least three), a few budget changes (no surprise there) and exploring different equipment configurations (at least three here too) we just completed an outside cable plant project that allow the customer extend their WI-FI network to the far edge of their campus property. The area has a lot of public use and needed to be protected from those who like to distribute things that are not theirs we installed a fence. We used directional boring to minimize ground disturbance to the nature trail, exercise path and equipment . Here are progress pictures of the project. We also installed roof mounted directional antenna as well, but I did not get any pictures of that part of the installation, but that went smoothly as well.

We just finished a project where we were invited to bid on providing and installing an AV system. This system would consist of a ceiling mounted projector, motorized screen, sound system in a secure cabinet and supporting hardware.
As the conversation developed the customer asked if we could also replace the chalk boards. The existing set of three 4X8 framed boards had gone beyond their expiration date.
In addition to the AV installation, we provided and installed seven new chalk boards. The end result was a one segment 6X8 feet on the side wall and on the front wall 6X20 feet of write-able space.
The customer was very pleased with the entire installation. Click here to view other pictures from this project.
These boards are frame less. The blue lines you see in these pictures is painters tape. That was needed until the boards where set; I could not wait to take the pictures. We went back the next day and removed the tape just minutes before the customer put them to use.

Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at 1:31PM This was an entire closet rework. No option to move the LAN room for this fast growing company. We worked with their IT staff to make the existing space work as well make the racks accessible. They did the design, we handled the implantation. For the size space it worked out well. Some room for growth, by the time they out grow this configuration they will need new space all together.
